Victoria P. Anderson

Ms. Anderson has an active transactional and litigation practice representing all manner of businesses including those in the transportation, real estate, construction, professional services and retail industries.

Ms. Anderson practice also has a particular emphasis in employment law. She advises employers and employees on a wide range of issues including employment agreements, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, and discrimination. She also partners with small businesses to draft employment policies and agreements that mitigate legal risk and foster equitable workplace environments.

Before joining Tomlinson Bomsztyk Russ, Ms. Anderson worked as a judicial clerk in the Washington State Court of Appeals, where she prepared bench memos, drafted legal opinions, and provided support in analyzing complex legal issues. Ms. Anderson brings this experience to help her clients navigate, and achieve success, in their appellate matters.
