Bio

Tallman Trask is a civil litigator with a practice focused on commercial disputes. Admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Trask advises and represents a wide variety of clients during all phases of litigation. Prior to joining Tomlinson Bomsztyk Russ, Mr. Trask practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm in Seattle. Mr. Trask is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he was Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and Arts and a Eugene A. Wright Scholar.
