A former prosecutor and assistant attorney general, Mr. Brown has extensive trial and appellate litigation experience in a wide variety of criminal and civil cases. He has represented clients in all levels of the Washington state trial and appellate court system and has also practiced before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Given his background in both trial and appellate litigation, his current practice focuses on trial litigation with a strong emphasis on legal research and writing as well as post-conviction remedies for criminal defendants.
