Abigail Z. Staggers


Ms. Staggers is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney.  Her practice includes commercial landlord tenant work and real property disputes, small business transactional work, and commercial and construction litigation.  She is also experienced representing injured clients and advocating for recovery of their personal injury claims.

 Ms. Staggers assists clients with drafting and drafting and reviewing leases, contracts, and corporate governance agreements, counseling on disputes and potential resolutions, and litigating cases to completion, whether that be settlement or trial.  Ms. Staggers takes a pragmatic approach to practicing law.  Her goal is to work with clients to identify their objectives and provide legal representation that is oriented towards best achieving those objectives while also accounting for the potential risks.  Ms. Staggers aims to empower clients to make decisions that align with their goals and parameters.
